Contact Management
LAWS/Pro allows the firm to create a database of all contacts utilized by the firm.
Existing contacts may be assigned to matters, or new contacts may be entered and
assigned simultaneously. All these individuals may be entered once into the
contact management system then associated to matters as required. Contacts assigned
to a specific matter are displayed at the bottom of the mater setup page.
Users can add a new contact by utilizing the “Add Contact” button to display the
contact “Search” page. It allows you to search through your contact database to
assign a previously entered contact to this matter, or to enter a new contact into
the system.
Existing contacts, previously entered into the Contact Management system, can
easily be assigned to matters by searching the contact database and selecting
the desired contact.
Display the complete information assigned to a specific matter by simply
clicking on the desired Contact name from the matter's assigned contact list.
