LEDES 1998B Electronic Invoice Submission
L.A.W.S./Pro is fully compliant with the
LEDES 1998B Electronic Invoice Submission format.
The submission process is simple and seamless as described below:

Using the L.A.W.S./Pro invoicing program, print the
desired invoices in the normal manner, but do not post.

Display the detail work in process activity by selection the "Wip Amt"
link associated the desired matter.

Choose the "LEDES" option within the ASCII Format drop down box.

Use the "Display as ASCII" button to display the generated "LEDES 1998B"
ASCII File.
-
Use the" Save As" option to save the file in ".txt" format to whatever directory you desire.
Once saved, the file may be uploaded and processed through the LEDES processing system.
