President and founder of L.A.W.S. Corporation until its merging with DeskTop Business Solutions in September 2001. Responsible for the design, development and implementation of the PC/LAN versions of L.A.W.S. and P.A. Manager.

Over 25 years experience developing packaged and customized computer applications. Extensive experience pertaining the design and implementation of legal and public accounting software. Pioneered the development of de-centralized, distributed legal data processing systems currently in use by hundreds of attorneys throughout the United States.

Worked extensively with Dave Gardner, DTBS's CTO, to develop JurisDictionUSA, an Internet based legal time, billing and accounting application, modeled after the existing L.A.W.S. product. Pete and Dave have a patent pending on this Internet based legal application.

Provides the management team extensive and invaluable experience with legal accounting programming, insight into the use of such software, and the ability to develop web-based law practice management applications.

Graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Accounting. Married with five children. Staunch supporter of the Constitution, Bill of Rights, limited government and personal responsibility.
