LAWS/Pro Pricing
The LAWS/Pro monthly subscription for the first user is $99 per month.
All additional users are charged a reduced subscription fee of $59 per month.
Please Note: A "User" is someone who bills their time or activities to clients.
Support Staff such as secretaries, accountants, etc. are able to use the LAWS/Pro product
at no charge.
Subscriptions may be prepaid on a monthly, semi-annual or annual basis.
A semi-annual (6 month) payment will receive a 7% discount off the normal rates.
An annual (12 month) payment will receive a 15% discount.
In addition to the pre-payment discount, subscribers receive a varying discount based on the number of users.
Subscribers with more than 6 users receive a multi-user discount of 35%.

DTBS prefers that all fees
are paid online through our payment portion of the application, however, they
may also be sent to our offices via U.S. Postal mail if desired.
Users will be reminded
of subscription renewals when upon logging in to the LAWS/Pro application within one
week previous to expiration.
Trial use of the complete LAWS/Pro application is granted to new users for a period
of one week free of charge.

Data Conversion
We know that your historical data is an important part of your business.
We offer full conversion of your exisitng data including all of your historical information at reasonable prices.
Our basic pricing for standard data conversion is approximately $300 per user. This is an estimate and
the true cost depends upon what is being converted and in what format it resides today. We currently are able to
convert data directly from TimeMatters, QuickBooks and Timeslips at this rate. Please contact us for other
software product conversion pricing.
Conversion costs can be further reduced or even eliminated by subscription pre-payment.
We discount the conversion 50% when you prepay for a six month subscrition and
conversion is provided free of charge with a prepaid 12 month subscription.

Training Costs
LAWS/Pro is extremely easy to use, however, getting training is a critical part of using it effectively
from the start. Training is strongly encouraged as we know it reduces or in many cases eliminates the need for
telephone support. Our training is predominately conducted by a live Web Demo. Normal training is broken
into sessions specific to user functions in the system. Each session takes approximately one hour, but,
because it is totally interactive, the actual length may vary. We encourage questions and would like to understand how you work
so that we can optimize LAWS/Pro in your specific environment. Our training is billed at $125 per hour.
In most cases full training in all areas is accomplished in well under 8 hours.
Training costs can also be reduced by subscription pre-payment. A 6 month prepayment will reduce the hourly training rate
to $50 per hour for the first 12 hours. With a 12 month pre-payment, the first 12 hours of training are provided at no cost.
Larger companies often require more detailed training. For these situations we also offer
on-site training at a reasonable cost. Contact us for specifics and pricing.

Subscription Fee Examples
Example 1:
A law firm employs four individuals, two attorneys, a secretary, and a paralegal.
The attorneys and paralegal bill their time while secretary does not.
All require access to the LAWS/Pro application.
In this scenario the three people who bill their time would be considered users
incurring a subscription fees as follows:

Example 2:
A consulting company consists of two consultants. In addition, they uses an outside
virtual administrator for administrative support. All require access to the
LAWS/Pro application but only two bill for their time, therefore the company would pay for only two users, the
administrator would be no charge. Therefore the subscription fees would be as follows:
